Job Description

Role Overview:

We’re hiring an internal analyst to build the economic and social case for full jaw

restorations. You’ll model the cost of severe tooth loss and untreated periodontal disease,

show the long-term benefits of total oral rehabilitation, and help the company articulate its value to partners, investors, insurers, and policymakers.

You’ll work closely with clinical, commercial, and strategy teams to quantify what we

already know from experience: restoring oral function transforms lives, and it’s worth

investing in, both privately and systemically.

Responsibilities:

Build models estimating the economic burden of full edentulism, advanced

periodontitis, and delayed dental care

Quantify the clinical and economic ROI of full jaw rehabilitation (e.g. fewer GP

visits, better nutrition, mental health uplift)

Support commercial and strategy teams with pricing analysis, market access, and

value-based selling materials

Develop health impact reports for use in investor decks, whitepapers, and

NHS/private partnerships

Translate complex modelling into clear, actionable outputs for decision-makers and

clinical partners

Ideal Background:

Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Dentistry, or a related

field

Proven experience with health economic modelling (QALY, DALY, cost-benefit,

societal impact frameworks)

Skilled in Excel and at least one of: R, Python, or Stata

Strong communicator, able to turn data into compelling narratives and visuals

Bonus: familiarity with oral-systemic health links, UK dental systems, or private

healthcare economics
