This is a key role overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes residential sales, lettings, land, and new homes. With people at the heart of everything they do, our client is committed to fostering a safe, compliant, and positive working environment across all areas of the business.They are now seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to further strengthen and embed a positive health and safety culture throughout the Group. Based at the Head Office in Horsham, the role will involve regular travel to offices and sites across the South East.Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all health and safety matters, you will provide practical guidance and expert support to managers and employees, ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide competent health and safety advice across the businessConduct risk assessments, audits, and workplace inspectionsReview and maintain health and safety policies and proceduresInvestigate incidents and accidents, producing reports and recommendationsSupport managers with compliance, training, and safe systems of workDeliver health and safety training where requiredMonitor legislative changes and advise on best practiceLiaise with external bodies, contractors, and enforcing authorities when necessaryAbout YouNEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) essentialPrevious experience in a Health & Safety Advisor roleStrong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislationConfident communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsPractical, solution-focused approachOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesFull UK driving licence (travel required)What We OfferStarting salary up to £35,500.25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.Office based role 5 days per week.Company contributory pension scheme.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Opportunities for professional development and progression.The chance to make a real impact within a growing, people-focused organisation.Professional membership fees covered.Inclusive company culture social events, Summer and Christmas parties, sports clubs etc.If you are interested in the role and would like to know more, please get in touch.Mike @ We Recruit Group | 07562 945 690JBRP1_UKTJ
