On-Site International are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor for a project in Helsinki, Finland starting ASAP . Applicants must have a passport that allows them to work in Finland- UK passports no longer act as a valid work permit in the EU - UK passport holding applicants must have a right to work VISA for Finland Rate: €70k/annum - Package deal Duties: Support implementation of the project HSE plan across civils works (groundworks, ducting, concrete) Carry out daily site inspections and ensure compliance with RAMS and permits Assist with inductions, toolbox talks, and workforce engagement Maintain HSE documentation (inspections, permits, training records) Monitor high-risk activities (excavations, lifting, traffic management) Record incidents/near misses and assist with investigations Support audits and close out minor non-conformances Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm Saturdays when required
