As the Health, Safety & Facilities Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of Health, Safety and Facilities management across the Droitwich operation. Working closely with the Deputy Group H&S Manager, youll ensure our site remains compliant, safe, secure and operating to the highest standards. Youll be hands-on, visible, and confident engaging with colleagues at all levels, supporting managers, challenging unsafe behaviours, and embedding a positive safety culture.
