We are delighted to partner with a leading Real Estate business in Grays, Essex to appoint a Health, Safety and Fire Manager. This is a full-time, site-based role and the salary is up to £60,000 per annum.

Manage all Health, Safety and Fire matters on-site and develop a culture of continuous improvement Promote best practice and ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Fire legislation Implement the fire strategy, complete fire risk assessments and ensure all fire safety systems are fully operational Make certain that training is completed by relevant stakeholders and assist with third party audits and maintain ISO standards Conduct incident and accident investigations, report near misses and manage contractors Look over designs and ensure they comply with fire and health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Experience: NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent level Health and Safety qualification NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills Property, Retail, Facilities Management or Hospitality sector experience or a transferable industry
