About the role

Balfour Beatty are looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager (Distribution Cable Utilities) to join our Power Transmission and Distribution team working in Middlesbrough and surrounding areas in the North East.

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager will support the Operations /Project Director, Head of HSW and Project Senior Teams to deliver our Zero Harm objectives . They will d rive performance of the relevant HSW teams ensuring efficient and effective service and support levels to meet and where possible exceed operational requirements.

Our Power T&D team work closely with local, national and international electricity network owners to provide technical engineering solutions that cover every aspect of the electricity grid. From overhead lines to underground cabling, substations, converter stations and distribution networks, our team is dedicated to ensuring reliable and safe power for millions of homes and businesses.
