Health & Safety Consultant / CDM Principal Designer Salary : to £50,000-£60,000 + car allowance
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a construction Health & Safety professional with CDM and BRPD experience to join one of the UK’s leading property and construction consultancies. This is a great step for someone with solid experience in H&S and design risk management, looking to further their career within a collaborative and high-performing team.
The Role As a Senior Consultant, you will support the delivery of CDM and Health & Safety advisory services across a varied project portfolio. You will work alongside experienced Principal Designers, contributing to early-stage design risk reviews, client and design team engagement, and the preparation of compliance documentation. Over time, you may take on more direct PD responsibilities, depending on project complexity and your level of experience.
