Health, Safety & Environment Advisor – Manufacturing Leicester Circa 40-45k

And they need a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor who’s actually going to do stuff—not just point out problems and leave them for someone else to sort.

The Job: Work alongside the HSE Manager to drive a safety-first culture across two production sites. Be on the ground, keeping health and safety real—not drowning in paperwork. Investigate incidents, spot risks before they turn into problems, and find practical solutions. Train people, run Toolbox Talks, and make sure safety isn’t just a tick-box exercise. Keep policies fresh, relevant, and actually useful. Work with engineering teams and contractors to ensure safety is baked into every process.
