Key Responsibilities: Provide expert HSE advice to staff, sub-contractors, and stakeholders. Carry out audits, inspections, risk assessments, and training (including toolbox talks). Support the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and systems. Monitor HSE compliance and performance against legal and internal requirements. Participate in accident and incident investigations and reporting. Work closely with third-party contractors to ensure safety and compliance. Prepare reports for HSE forums, board meetings, and regulatory purposes. Liaise with external agencies including the HSE, Fire Authority, and environmental bodies.
