This is a home-based role with regular travel to sites in the Southern region, supporting refurbishment and construction projects within social housing. Sites can be anywhere from East Anglia to Bristol to Kent to Cornwall. You will aim to conduct 16 site visits per month, working with the teams to foster an inclusive culture regarding SHEA. SHE Advisor Role: You will play a pivotal role in promoting a positive safety culture, challenging the status quo, and continuously improving SHE performance. You'll be the go-to expert for operational teams, empowering them to take ownership of health, safety, and environmental practices.
