You'll help plan, deliver and review a varied portfolio of construction and maintenance projects across the West Yorkshire region-driving compliance, improving culture and enabling safe, efficient delivery.

What you'll do Advise project and site teams on CDM duties, agreeing practical actions to achieve compliance. Embed SHE policies and procedures across multiple sites; champion behavioural safety through site engagement, forums and leadership meetings. Use the company's digital SHE platform to capture, track and report actions and learning. Conduct formal monthly reviews (with interim support visits) to assess compliance, forward plan upcoming works and drive improvements.
