What Youll Be Doing
Lead & Innovate: Develop and maintain H&S and environmental management systems aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and PEFC/FSC.
Drive Performance: Monitor SHE metrics, report on incidents, and champion continuous improvement.
Shape Sustainability: Reduce environmental impact and manage EcoVadis submissions.
Collaborate & Influence: Coordinate SHE meetings, train teams, and embed a culture of safety across all levels.
Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with legislation and ensure compliance across multiple sites.
What Were Looking For
NEBOSH Diploma (essential).
Strong knowledge of SHE legislation and ISO standards.
Experience implementing SHE systems in manufacturing or similar environments.
Proven ability to influence and deliver measurable improvements.
