Were seeking a proactive and hands-on Health, Safety & HR Co-ordinator to join us at an exciting point of transition. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their Health & Safety career who wants to gain meaningful site experience while also developing strong HR operational skills in a manufacturing environment. Youll work closely with our site teams, senior leaders, and specialist external partners with funded professional development including NEBOSH and, if appropriate, HR qualifications. What Youll Do: Youll be highly visible on site, supporting day-to-day Health & Safety activity, while also providing structured HR administrative and coordination support. Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings Carrying out daily site walkarounds and safety inspections Managing Health & Safety inductions for new starters, contractors and visitors
