Health & Safety Manager | Warwick | £45-60K + benefits\nAre you an experienced and highly organised Health and Safety professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled Health & Safety Manager to join a successful and growing organisation that values a friendly, professional, and hard-working environment.\nYou will lead on the development, implementation, and management of health and safety processes, ensuring statutory compliance and best practice across the business. Reporting directly to the Board, you will work closely with HR, Facilities, and other key stakeholders to deliver proactive and preventative H&S initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Act as the first point of contact for all general H&S queries and provide professional advice and guidance to all employees.\n * Keep up-to-date with legislation and industry developments, advising senior management on required changes.\n * Develop, update, and implement health and safety policies and procedures.\n * Monitor, audit, and report on H&S performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.\n * Manage risk assessments and safe working procedures, including COSHH, fire safety, remote working, and project-specific risks.\n * Lead on day-to-day H&S activities, including waste management, accident reporting, machine safety, first aid, and DSE assessments.\n * Plan and deliver staff training and awareness programs.\n * Ensure contractor compliance with health, safety, and fire legislation.\n * Maintain H&S records, training logs, and management systems.\n * Liaise with external auditors, inspectors, and advisors as required.\nPerson Specification:\n * Practical knowledge and experience of health and safety legislation and management systems.\n * NEBOSH qualified.\n * Good communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage.\n * Proven ability to deliver projects and objectives on time and to a high standard.\n * Excellent organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail.\n * Self-motivated and able to work independently.\n * IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nAdditional Details:\n * Full-time, permanent role (37 hours/week, Mon-Thu 08:30–17:00, Fri 08:30–13:30).\n * Competitive salary, dependent on experience.\n * Based in Warwick town centre with free parking.\n * Role available to start immediately upon appointment
