Health & Safety Manager Full time, Permanent Bedford Up to £55,000 per annum Our client, a growing construction and electrical contracting business based in Bedford, delivers projects across building, engineering, fit-out and electrical services. They are now seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead compliance, governance and performance across the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role within an SME environment, working closely with senior management to drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across multiple UK sites. Key Responsibilities for a Health & Safety Manager: Leading and developing the companys Health & Safety Management System. Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and all relevant H&S legislation. Managing the corporate risk register and overseeing audits and inspections. Producing KPI dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership. Leading incident investigations and implementing preventative actions.
