Salary: £50,000 £55,000 dependant on qualifications/experience + company car / car allowance Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hrs, MondayFriday) Location: Field-based with travel across the UK (ideally Midlands-centred) head office in Walton-on-the-Hill, Surrey

About the role

TC Facilities Management (TCFM) is looking for an experienced Health and Safety professional to lead our H&S agenda across 3,500+ colleagues and 1,500 sites nationwide. Reporting to the Group QHSE Manager, youll shape policy, guide operational teams, and own ISO 45001 compliance all while driving a positive safety culture.
