Your Role As Health & Safety Manager, youll lead a strong safety culture across the venue, working closely with all teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Key responsibilities: Develop and implement H&S policies, procedures, and training. Provide visible leadership during events to ensure safe operations. Lead audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting. Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and safety teams. Manage third-party suppliers and ensure service standards. Design and deliver internal safety training. Maintain first aid resources and emergency readiness. Ensure up-to-date risk assessments and COSHH compliance. What Were Looking For NEBOSH or equivalent qualification. Experience in large venues or busy public environments. Confident, proactive leader with strong communication skills. Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery. Skilled in managing contractors and supplier performance. Committed to continuous improvement and best practice.
