Health & Safety Manager Northampton (Site-Based) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a busy and dynamic site in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety legislation and company policies
Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures
Lead site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Promote a strong health & safety culture across the site
Deliver training and toolbox talks to staff and management
Maintain accurate H&S documentation and reports
Liaise with external bodies where required
Requirements: NEBOSH Certificate (essential)
Proven experience in a Health & Safety role (ideally within industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments)
Strong knowledge of UK H&S regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
