The Role

As Health & Safety Officer, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture across multiple construction sites. You’ll work closely with site teams and senior management to ensure compliance, improve standards, and drive best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting the implementation and monitoring of health & safety policies and procedures

* Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

* Advising site teams on H&S legislation and best practice

* Investigating incidents and producing detailed reports

* Delivering toolbox talks and contributing to training initiatives

* Ensuring compliance with current UK health & safety regulations

About You

* Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within construction

* Relevant qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH)

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A proactive and approachable attitude

* Full UK driving licence
