We are recruiting enthusiastic Health Visitors to lead, deliver, and influence a comprehensive Health Visiting service in Richmond, tailored to meet the public health needs of the local communities in the borough. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of Working Together to Safeguarding Children (2018), aiming to improve health and life chances for children and families and safeguard those at risk.

Please note that the stated base is The Causeway; however, the vacancy may be based across the Borough depending on staffing and service needs at the time of recruitment. From April 2023, a Recruitment Premium has been introduced to attract and retain qualified Health Visitors within CLCH's Health Visiting Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and evaluate an innovative health visiting service aligned with the Healthy Child Programme, delegating to team members as appropriate to ensure high-quality service delivery.
2. Provide a skilled, effective, and evidence-based health visiting service to clients in various community settings.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery for clients and communities.
4. Work with team colleagues to achieve the objectives of the Quality Strategy.
