• Promoteasafe,nurturing,andstimulatingenvironment.
• Helpchildrendevelopessentiallifeskillsandindependence.
• Maintainaccuraterecordsandfollowsafeguardingpolicies.

Requirements:

• Previousexperienceworkingasahealthcareassistantwithchildrenwhohavementalhealthneeds.
• Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills.
• Acaring,patient,andempatheticapproach.Knowledgeofsafeguardingproceduresandchildwelfarepractices.
• Abilitytoprovideaclinicalreference.
• EnhancedDBScheck(orwillingnesstoobtainone).
• IndatePMVAtraining (orwillingnesstodo one).
