Assistwithdailyactivities,includingpersonalcare,education,andrecreationalactivities.Workcloselywithfamilies,carers,andhealthcareprofessionalstoensurechildrenswell-being.
Promoteasafe,nurturing,andstimulatingenvironment.
Helpchildrendevelopessentiallifeskillsandindependence.
Maintainaccuraterecordsandfollowsafeguardingpolicies.
Requirements:
Previousexperienceworkingasahealthcareassistantwithchildrenwhohavementalhealthneeds.
Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills.
Acaring,patient,andempatheticapproach.Knowledgeofsafeguardingproceduresandchildwelfarepractices.
Abilitytoprovideaclinicalreference.
EnhancedDBScheck(orwillingnesstoobtainone).
IndatePMVAtraining (orwillingnesstodo one).
