We are recruiting a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistant to support a young female client with a tracheostomy. This is a daytime package that includes both clinical care and community support, including transporting the client to and from college.

Key Clinical Requirements

Tracheostomy care (essential)

Monitoring and responding to the client’s clinical needs

*

Maintaining a safe and supportive environment

Care & Support Duties

*

Providing person-centred care at home

*

Supporting the client with her daily routine

*

Driving the client from home to college and from college back home

*

Ensuring safe transfers and punctual attendance

Essential Requirements

*

Proven experience in tracheostomy care

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Car driver (essential)

*

Right to work in the UK

*

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

*

Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach
