Health Care Assistant Torbay

Pay: £17.00 per hour

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Administering medication
  • Supporting individuals with complex health needs
  • Monitoring health observations
  • Managing mental health clients and other complex needs
  • Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way

To be successful, youll need:

A Care Certificate or NVQ in Health & Social Care

At least 1 year of healthcare assistant experience in the UK

A valid PMVA certificate (or willing to obtain this)

Experience with:

  • Mental Health
  • Complex care
  • Medication administration

Safeguarding Level 2 or 3

A DBS registered on the Update Service

Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
