Are you an experienced Oncology Nurse ready to step into a senior, leadership-focused role where you can truly shape service excellence?
We are recruiting for a motivated and clinically strong Senior Nurse to join established Oncology Healthcare Centres across the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on clinical expertise with strategic leadership, playing a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred oncology care.
The Role
As a Senior Oncology Nurse, you will:
Deliver expert care to patients receiving Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT)
Act as a clinical governance lead, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Drive service improvement initiatives across Healthcare Centre sites
Support and mentor nursing colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice
Champion excellence in SACT delivery and patient safety
Contribute to audits, quality assurance processes and continuous development

About You
To be considered, you will have:
Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
SACT Passport
Significant experience in oncology nursing
Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills
Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting colleagues
A solid understanding of clinical governance, audit and regulatory standards
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
Youll be confident, professional, and passionate about improving patient outcomes while empowering those around you.
