Ideal Requirements
* The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Wound Care market.
* A proven track record of success within market access.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to act in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
* Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to strengthen customer partnerships while driving business growth.
* Result-oriented behaviour, meeting and exceeding expectations
Role Responsibilities
* Keep up to date with developments across the national NHS landscape and incorporate this insight when shaping proposals.
* Confidently discuss how wider NHS priorities and changes impact your customers and their objectives.
* Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and potential product advocates to strengthen brand presence and influence.
* Build and nurture strong partnerships with KOLs to support business growth and market credibility.
* Develop strategic and creative account plans to drive sales, align with partner goals, and identify new opportunities through detailed regional analysis and account reviews.
