Lead and manage Healthcare Security Supervisors and Officers Liaise confidently with clients, police, and multiple stakeholders Support incident response, investigations, and post‑incident reviews Manage rotas, payroll, appraisals, and compliance Ensure adherence to NHS, CQC, SIA, and relevant legislative requirements Support clinical teams with de‑escalation and, where necessary, patient restraint Oversee CCTV operations Maintain a safe and welcoming environment across hospital grounds

You will be:

Experienced in a Healthcare Environment Passionate about patient, staff, and visitor safety A confident leader in high‑pressure healthcare environments Skilled in communication, empathy, and verbal de‑escalation Comfortable working with vulnerable individuals and those in distress Knowledgeable on NHS security standards, Mental Health Act, and counter‑terrorism requirements Computer literate and highly organised Flexible to meet business needs
