  • Conduct optimisation and troubleshooting studies on existing networks
  • Identify improvements to efficiency, cost, and reliability

  • Provide high-quality technical advice and reporting

Team & Practice Development

  • Mentor and support graduate and junior engineers
  • Contribute to internal standards, tools, and knowledge sharing
  • Support the growth and strategic positioning of the heat networks discipline

About You

  • Background in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
  • Strong experience or exposure to heating systems and heat network design
  • Likely operating at Senior level, or an ambitious Intermediate ready to step up
  • Working towards or already Chartered Engineer status
  • Experience inspecting mechanical installations on-site
  • Strong report writing and technical communication skills
  • Confident engaging with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for sustainability and the low-carbon transition

Why Apply?

  • Join a growing specialist team with strong project demand
  • Be part of a people-focused, employee-owned consultancy
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge, technically challenging projects
  • Clear pathway for career progression and leadership
  • Flexible working and strong benefits package
  • Make an impact in one of the UK’s fastest-growing clean energy sectors.
