Location: Shropshire & surrounding areas Salary: £38,000-£41,000 D O E Contract: Full-time, Permanent We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused professional in Heating Installation, Service, Repair, and Renewables to join our Heating Services team. This role combines traditional gas servicing and repair work with the opportunity to develop your skills in renewable and low carbon heating technologies. You'll be responsible for delivering safe, compliant servicing, fault finding and reactive repairs across domestic properties, while supporting our transition towards cleaner, more sustainable heating solutions such as air source heat pumps and hybrid systems. What you'll be doing: Servicing and repairing gas boilers and central heating systems Diagnosing faults and responding to reactive and emergency callouts Supporting the rollout and maintenance of renewable heating technologies Providing a professional, reliable and customer focused service Completing digital job records and safety documentation accurately What we're looking for: Domestic Gas Safe registration ( C C N1 + C E N W A T, C K R1, H T R1) Proven experience in gas servicing, fault finding and repairs Full U K driving licence Strong focus on safety, quality and customer service Willingness to upskill in renewable and low carbon technologies Desirable (but not essential): G3 Unvented qualification Experience with renewables, L P G or oil Experience in social housing or domestic repair environments This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants to future proof their career and be part of the move towards sustainable heating.
