We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a HGV Class 1 (C+E) Truck for straight trunk work and a couple of collections on the way back. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in driving HGV Class 1 vehicles. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

* Safely operate a HGV Class 1 truck in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies

* straight trunk from Manchester Airport to Heathrow ensuring timely and accurate drop-off

* Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.

* Follow all health and safety protocols, including adherence to driving hours regulations.

Requirements:

* Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) driving license with a clean driving record

* Level D Trained Essential

* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members

* Knowledge of health and safety standards

* Ability to work independently, demonstrating organisational skills and reliability

* No more than 6 points showing on license

* No IN10, DD, DR or TT endorsements showing on license
