Shift Pattern & Start Times: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off - Perfect for work-life balance Start windows: AM (04:00 - 08:00) / PM (11:00 - 13:30) Pay Rates (PAYE) - Competitive & Rewarding: Weekday Drivers (5 of 7, 4 of 7 non-weekend rota) Basic = £17.53 per hour Weekend Premium (x1.25) = £21.91 this is paid between 00:01 Saturday - 23:59 Sunday Overtime (x1.33) = £23.31 5 of 7 is over 42.5 hours and 4 of 7 is 42 hours Bank Holiday (x1.50) = £26.29 Cage Bonus = £3000 annually / 52 = £57.69 / 5-day week = £11.53 this is to be paid per shift worked. Weekend Drivers (Fixed Friday - Monday rota) Basic = £19.27 per hour Weekend Premium = Not entitled due to enhanced basic rate. Overtime (x1.33) = £25.62 to be paid after 42 hours Bank Holiday (x1.50) = £28.90 Cage Bonus = £3000 annually / 52 = £57.69 / 5-day week = £11.53 this is to be paid per shift worked.
