Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to breakdown calls and provide roadside assistance to customers. - Safely operate a Class 2/7.5t recovery vehicle to transport vehicles to designated locations. - Assess vehicle issues and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. - Maintain accurate records of services provided and ensure all jobs are completed. - Deliver outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. - Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
