The Best Connection are seeking to recruit HGV Class 2 Drivers (HGV C) to work with their client in Newton Aycliffe. Our client delivers kitchen products across the North East and wider UK. This position offers a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. The role: You will be required to deliver kitchen products to various locations across the region and occasionally nationwide as an HGV Class 2 Driver Multi-drop deliveries with some occasional tramping required The role will involve manual handling, with items weighing nothing above 10kg The candidate: Cat C driving licence, CPC and Digi Card all in date Minimum 2 years Class 2 driving experience Positive attitude to work and safety Hours of work: Monday to Friday pattern 05:00am start time Occasional nights out required (£25.00 night-out allowance) Pay Rates: £14.00 per hour (PAYE) £25.00 per night out Benefits of working with The Best Connection: Excellent pay rates 24/7 contact with consultants Pension contributions Online payslips Holiday accrual Personal accident insurance Ongoing assignments Access to 'Perks at Work' temporary worker benefit sc...
