Driver Hire Colchester is currently seeking reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Night Drivers to work with a variety of our clients across Colchester and the surrounding areas. This is a part-time opportunity ideal for drivers looking for flexible night work with competitive pay.

Pay Rates:

*

Monday – Thursday: £20.00 per hour

*

Friday – Sunday: £23.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

*

Carrying out night trunking or delivery work depending on client requirements

*

Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring vehicles are roadworthy

*

Delivering goods safely and efficiently to designated locations

*

Completing all relevant paperwork and complying with driver hours regulations

*

Maintaining a professional attitude when representing Driver Hire and our clients

Requirements:

*

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) Licence

*

Valid Driver CPC Qualification

*

Digital Tachograph Card

*

Previous HGV driving experience preferred

*

Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport regulations

*

Reliable, punctual and professional
