HGV Class 1 driver - Trunking

The Best Connection are recruiting professional and reliable Class 1 Drivers to join a well established company based in Stoke-On-Trent.
Your day will consist of trunking to other sites based in Gloucester and Rochester, completing collections and deliveries of stillages with no handball involved.
Shift details:
Start time is 6pm
Monday to Friday
Overtime opportunities available - after 8 hours pay increases from £16 to £24
Weekly shift allowance of £89.90
You will be responsible for:
- carrying out safe and efficient trunk runs
- completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining paperwork
- communicating professionally with transport teams and site staff
- ensuring compliance with all road transport and working time regulations

Requirements:
- Full UK Class 1 Licence (C+E)
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
- Previous Trunking or general haulage experience preferred
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
