HGV Class 1 Driver for immediate starts in Bristol

Pure Staff are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Driver for the following role below.

Pay rates-

Days: Monday to Friday £16.71 Per Hour

Your hourly pay rate is £16.71 and you will accrue £2.34 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave. We do this to make sure our drivers are fairly paid and encouraged to take proper time off work as we believe regular rest is essential for safety and mental wellbeing of all workers.

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.

Duties of HGV Class 1 Driver -

  • Trunking to RDC's and other depots
  • Multi-drop - 2-3 drops per shift
  • Pallet Deliveries
  • Modern, well looked after trucks.

We are looking for both drivers who are interested in woking Monday to Friday but also drivers who are happy to work weekends if required.

Our client will be accepting a Class 1 Driver who fits the criteria listed below:

The ideal h will have -

  • Have a valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving License
  • 6 months experience is essential for this role.
  • Valid CPC Card
  • Valid Digital Card
  • Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.

Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.
