HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER
AT LEAST 12 MONTHS ROAD EXPEREINCE ON HGV IS A MUST HAVE
24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting a number of HGV Class 1 drivers for a well-known client based in the Birmingham area (B46). Drivers will be working Monday to Friday with start times between 04:00 – 06:00 and 14:00 onwards doing 4-6 drops per shift with shifts lasting between 8-12 hours. HGV Class 1 driver will be required:
Hold valid a Class 1 / C+E License
No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards
Immediate starts available
Paid 2 weeks training to be completed prior to commencing
Delivering to pubs and restaurants, and RDCs around the UK
Driver will be accompanied by drivers mate when needed
Must be presentable in appearance
Professional manner as customer facing
8-12 hour shifts
start time range is between 04:00 and 23:00
temp-to-perm position for right candidate PAYE rates for HGV Class 1 driver: - Basic rate Days £17.43 per hour - Basic rate Nights £19.10 per hour - OR rate after 46 weekly hours days £26.15 per hour - OR rate after 46 weekly hours nights £28.65 per hour
