Class 1 HIAB Driver (Wagon & Drag / Articulated) Location: Atherton Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay Rate:£16.75 per hour We are looking for an experienced Class 1 HIAB Driver to join a busy operations team delivering and installing modular buildings and site equipment across the UK. This is a hands-on role combining Class 1 (C+E) driving with HIAB crane operation, involving delivery, positioning, and installation of units on client sites. Key Responsibilities Operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles , including articulated and wagon & drag combinations Carry out safe delivery and collection of: Portable cabins Welfare units Modular buildings and site equipment
Use HIAB crane to load, unload, and position units safely and accurately Complete on-site installation , including: Positioning units Installing stairs, steps, and access systems Stacking units where required
Ensure all loads are secure, compliant, and within legal limits Conduct daily vehicle, trailer, and equipment checks Complete all required documentation (PODs, tachograph records, inspections) Work safely at all times, following relevant regulations and site procedures Req...
