Class 1 Tipper Driver£15.00 per hour + Daily Bonus (£18.68 estimated hourly rate)Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Tipper Drivers for a large, well-established client operating within the aggregates and construction industry.Please note: This role does not guarantee full-time hours. Shifts are offered based on business requirements and workload demand.The RoleAs a Class 1 Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of aggregates and materials to construction sites and depots.Key duties include:Operating Class 1 tipper vehiclesDelivering and collecting aggregates to and from sitesCompleting daily vehicle checks and defect reportingAdhering to road traffic laws and site health & safety proceduresAccurately completing all required paperworkWorking Hours & Shift AvailabilityPrimarily Monday to FridayEarly starts are typicalStandard shift length: 8.75 hoursShifts are offered subject to business needs and are not guaranteed each weekDrivers must attend all booked shifts in a week to qualify for the bonusPay & Bonus StructureFlat rate: £15.00 per hourDaily bonus: £35.00 per dayPayable provided the driver:Attends all booked shifts offered that weekWorks the full 8.75 hours per shiftEstimated hourly rate:£18.68 per hour (including bonus, when criteria are met)RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must:Hold a valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licenceHave a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cardHave no more than 6 points on your licenceHave no DD, DR, or IN endorsementsPrevious tipper or construction site experience is preferred but not essentialThe Ideal Candidate Will Be:Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availabilitySafety-conscious with a good understanding of site rulesAble to communicate effectively with transport teams and site staffComfortable working in a construction environmentTraining & InductionFull site induction and health & safety training providedPPE requirements will be confirmed prior to startingHow to ApplyDue to a high volume of applications, please apply with your CV only.
