Job Description:
StaffCo Direct have the pleasure of recruiting for one of the leading logistic companies in the UK. We have ongoing, all year round work available.
The Role
monday to friday work
Temp to Perm roles available
1 - 5 drops Store Deliveries - Cages
10 - 11hrs
As an experienced LGV1 driver, you will ideally have
6 months HGV driving experience
No more than 6 points
Digi card and DCPC
Curtain sider experience
The pay rates for the role of LGV1 driver are:
Mon to Fri £19.76ph paye plus holdiay pay
Sat £24ph paye plus holiday pay
Sun £28ph paye plus holiday pay
Holiday pay can be paid weekly or accured
What We Require:
Driving CE: 6 Months UK experience required
Driver CPC/ tacho (required)
Start times :various
Hardworking
Good Timekeeping
Well-presented
Good level of English
The ideal candidate will also have great communication skills, very safety conscious, be able to make decisions under pressure, organised, flexible and reliable with the ability to successfully monitor their own working hours and breaks while keeping all other driving aspects within the law.
