Drivers Direct are recruiting for Class 1 /HGV 1/CE day/tramper drivers for our client based in Rawcliffe for 8 weeks. Whats on offer? Monday to Friday day shifts. Guaranteed minimum 8 hours per day = £136 per day including holiday pay! Possible tramping opportunities for interested drivers though not essential. Pay inclusive of holiday pay is £17 per hour (£15.16 per hour and £1.84 holiday pay per hour) Example pay £17p/h x 50 hours = £850 including holiday pay + £100 if tramping!!! £25.00 per night if tramping (tax free) Responsibilities Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and functionality. Deliver goods to specified locations, maintaining schedules and adhering to delivery protocols.
