NEED 2 years experience - various jobs available in the Bradford area due to holiday cover and sickness cover. Starts times are normally 6.30am but could vary depending on the client requirements for the day booked weekly and some ad hoc work. Duties Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues. Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit. Deliver goods to designated locations while following planned routes and schedules. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and any potential delays. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations while on the road.
