The role involves operating a variety of vehicles airside, ensuring strict adherence to aviation safety, security regulations, and operational procedures. This is a fast-paced, safety-critical role requiring reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.Minimum Licence & Experience RequirementsCandidates must meetoneof the following criteria:HGV Class 2 / Category C licence- Experience driving vehiclesover 18 tonnes,ORBus / Coach Driver- Minimum2 years experience, ideally includingdouble-deck vehicles,OR7.5 Tonne Driver -Minimum2 years experienceDesirable ExperiencePreviousairside driving experience, particularly on vehiclesover 18 tonnesExperience working in regulated or high-security environmentsSkills & Personal AttributesGood level ofphysical fitnessessentialAbility tounderstand and follow instructionsStrongwritten and verbal communication skillsHigh sense ofownership and responsibilityAbility towork under pressureand meet operational deadlinesStrong commitment toHealth & Safety complianceat all timesSecurity & Compliance RequirementsDue to the nature of this role, candidates must be able to provide:HMRC 5-year employment history(official PAYE/employment record)Full5-year address historyRight to Work in the UKDBS checkSatisfactory references covering any employment gapsHMRC employment history must clearly show all employment and any gaps over the last 5 years.
