Were looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy highways team based in Milnthorpe . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working outdoors, and getting stuck in with a hardworking crew.
This role is commutable from Kendal, Carnforth, Kirkby Lonsdale, Grange-Over-Sands and Lancaster.
What youll be doing: Operating an HGV Class 2 vehicle for highway repairs and road resurfacing
Supporting the team with general labouring duties as required
Working Monday to Friday
Representing the business professionally while working across local road networks
What were looking for: Minimum 1 year Class 2 (Cat C) driving experience
Valid CPC & Tachograph
Someone physically fit who doesnt mind helping out on the ground when needed
A reliable and team-focused attitude
Pay: £16.00 per hour for the first 8 hours each day
£17.50 per hour for all hours worked over 8 per day
Weekly Pay
Contract: Ongoing temporary contract
