HGV Class 2 Driver Yate
Multi-drop deliveries | Operate HGV 2 lorry | Driving role with varied duties

Our client requires a reliable and professional driver to operate a Class 2 lorry, completing 4-10 multi-drop deliveries per shift. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic logistics environment, where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle to complete 4-10 multi-drop deliveries daily
• Manage loading and unloading of goods efficiently, ensuring accuracy and care
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily safety checks
• Follow delivery schedules and routes as directed, adapting to traffic and weather conditions
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth deliveries
• Assist with additional duties as required, supporting overall operational needs

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence with digital tachograph card
• Proven experience in multi-drop delivery driving, preferably within Gloucester or nearby regions
• Strong knowledge of road safety and vehicle maintenance procedures
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional early starts or overtime
