Job Description The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Bury St Edmunds area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (C) to join the team.
Roles:
HGV Class 2 Twilight
HGV Class 2 Nights
Shifts:
Class 2 Twilight- Across Monday to Sunday (weekends are required)
Class 2 Nights- Across Monday to Sunday (weekends are required)
Hours:
Class 2 Twilight- Between 15:00pm and 17:00pm start time
Class 2 Nights- Between 22:00pm and 23:59pm start time
Pay Rate:
Class 2 Twilight- £16.13 per hour PAYE
Class 2 Nights- £17.59 per hour PAYE
Location:Bury St. Edmunds IP32
Job Type:Ongoing with the opportunity of permanent for the right candidate
The role:
Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.
Handling runs, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
