About the Role As a Removals HGV 2 Driver, youll take full responsibility for the company vehicle, ensuring every load is transported safely and efficiently from collection to delivery. Youll also assist with packing, loading, and unloading, so a good level of physical fitness is essential. Key Responsibilities Operate a commercial vehicle safely and reliably, taking responsibility for the vehicle and its load at all times. Carry out daily vehicle and safety checks, perform routine maintenance (oil, water, etc.), and report any defects. Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and compliant with Road Traffic Legislation and operating limits. Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Safe Systems at Work procedures, and Quality System policies (ISO9002). Accurately complete all required vehicle and delivery paperwork.
