Pertemps are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Skip Driver to join a growing and reputable company based in South Bristol .
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified (new pass) drivers looking for stable, full-time work with sociable hours and a great work-life balance .
The role: Driving a Class 2 skip lorry (12T / 18T vehicles)
Delivering and collecting skips across Bristol and surrounding areas
Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness
Working closely with the transport team to ensure efficient service
Whats on offer: £15.00 per hour
Monday to Friday no weekends required
Start times 6:00 AM
Finishes around 4:00 PM
Optional overtime and Saturdays available
Long-term, ongoing work with potential for permanent placement
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence with Class C (HGV 2) entitlement
Valid CPC qualification
Digital Tachograph Card
Good knowledge of driver hours and tachograph regulations
Strong understanding of the Highway Code
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
About you: Youll be a dependable driver who takes pride in your work, completes checks thoroughly, and follows instructions carefully. A proactive attitude and strong focus on safety are essential.
