Key Responsibilities for a HGV Class 2 Day Driver: Delivering to Various Quarries. Must be confident with site work, reversing into stockpiles and navigating through Quarries. Tipper work essential. Follow planned routes to ensure timely deliveries. Carrying out daily walkround checks, following WTD and Driver hour rules. Downloading Tachograph card after every shift. Shift Options: Day work Monday to Friday 10 hour shifts Compensation: Competitive pay rates for PAYE HGV Class 2 day driver, ranging from £13.40 - £15 per hour.
