Do you want a hands-on workshop role where you will work on HGVs, trailers, and heavy machinery while benefiting from competitive pay and long-term stability? On offer is the opportunity to join an established waste management company with a large and varied fleet including walking floor trailers, tipper trailers, hook loaders, skip loaders, shredders, crushers, and excavators. The company provides the necessary tools and support for engineers to maintain equipment to high safety and operational standards. In this role, you will carry out maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across the company's fleet of HGVs, trailers, and plant equipment. You will also support MOT preparation, roadside breakdowns, and workshop operations to ensure all vehicles remain safe, compliant, and operational. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HGV Mechanic or Plant Fitter with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
